Apostle's Appendix
"... As My Father has sent Me, even so I send you."
John 20:21
Apostle J.E. Bowser
I have been commissioned to assist in the ushering in of the "End-Time, Last Day Assembly". The un- churched
and those rejected by the church, are presently being targeted to know their destiny and become the powerful, Spirit-led
children of Elohim (the Most High God).
We are called to transition the Body to the "high calling" in Christ Jesus. I have long sensed we are living in
the final hours of the "Last Day", and the coming of our Lord is imminent. In these writings, I would like to
share with you the insights, dreams, visions and revelations I received during times of prayer. He spoke to me, but it
pertains to us all!
May the rich blessings of God be upon you!
MISSING THE RHEMA WORD
There is a spiritual indictment upon today's church when all we can believe in is that which is written in
the Bible exclusively. I pray to bring to your attention that this Logos (written) word was once a Rhema
(spoken) word when initially delivered by God (YHVH), to His prophets, through His prophets, to His
people and eventually, written in the Bible. The crime of today's believers is in not trusting nor
believing the Rhema word of today. If all we believe and guide our present day lives by is what God
(YHVH) said thousands of years ago, and never seriously consider that He may be saying something
special and relevant to us TODAY, we may not only have lost something valuable, but God may as well
cease from communicating with us presently! As powerful as what God (YHVH) has previously said, one
can only imagine how impacting His Rhema word must be!
Please don't misunderstand what I am attempting to communicate to you. I AM NOT DISRESPECTING NOR
DISMISSING THE BIBLE!.On the contrary, I truly believe in the Bible and in the message it conveys. What
I am saying is that at some point in time, God (YHVH) gave nothing but Rhema word to the people. At one
time Moses gave the Rhema word, as did all the prophets, John the Baptist, Jesus, the apsotles and so
on. Would He discontinue now that we're close to the end of the church age? Exactly when did the
Rhema word cease to exist or flow from the "mouth" of our King? Or are we simply not listening?
Have you ever considered that what is written inthe Bible is actually our primary instructions, and not
the conclusive word? Have you taken into consideration that the epistles written by the original
apostles were actually written to those who initally knew absolutely nothing about God (YHVH) or Jesus
Christ (Yeshua Ha Mosahiac), not to mention whether there even is a Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha Kodesh)?
Would it be heresy if you weighed out the simple fact that those letters were (at their best) written to
"churches" which were in their infancy, and that the recipients of those epistles were obtaining a "new"
doctrine concerning a God, savior, spirit and a culture they never hear of? Is that the case for us today?
Exactly what does that say about us today, 2000+ years later, that we're still clining to every word written
therein, even repetatively so, never taking our faith and understanding to the next level? Where does
our individual and collective spiritual growth derive from based on ancient accounts? Have we actually
not evolved spiritually in all those years, or are we in the same spiritual condition as those Biblical
churches of antiquity?
Have you ever recieved a word of prophecy that you immediately knew was accurate, or one which
"came to pass"? Have you ever heard someone preach the word of God who wasn't afraid to "step
outside the box" of orthordoxy, spoke a word so dynamic and refreshing thaat it challenged you to take
a new view of lifes perspectives from the "Book of Divine Messages" (my personal term for the Bible)
which is appropriate for you TODAY? Did it completely resonate with your inner man (your spirit)? This is
that awaiting Rhema word which prompts the anticipated continuity of the Book of Acts to arise from
within you (please know that Acts doesn't end)and spiil out into the world you live in. This is the word
that engages the Holy Spirit to move within you in preparation for the coming of the Lord and the
Kingdom.
Perhaps we collectively feel that there are too many "voices" out there saying God said this or that, and
that we would have difficulty trusting any word from anyone's mouth. Too many false preachers,
teachers, pastors, prophets and apostles out there to determine who is real or not. It seems to me that
if the Holy Spirit (Ruach Ha Kodesh) truly resides within each of us, He would be the qualifier of what is
right and wrong. Certainly, He would quicken our spirits to know exactly where that "Rhema" word came
from.
If you can trust the Spirit, then you shouldn't be afraid of the Rhema word for today. There is one
barometer which everyone can use to tell if that which you hear is authentic or not. That word should
prepare you for the forth-coming events in Christ, for the confrontations we all must encounter, and
speak of the absolute victory in spite of all that may appear to be in opposition.
I challenge all of you to pray and ask the Spirit to give you knowledge concerning this subject. I honestly
believe our heavenly Father is still speaking to us today. It's just that we have an enemy who also wants
to be heard. Therefore, ask for the spirit of discernment that we all may know the difference between
truth and error.
Shalom
